Customer portal

Online ordering, less admin

Professional service, fewer phone calls

Customers expect to place orders online—without dictating dimensions by phone, digging through old emails, or re-explaining the same details. CutOptix customer portal delivers that modern experience: customers order on their own interface and review what they submitted before.

The portal is not a separate world from your internal system. What the customer submits online appears where internal orders live—no copying, retyping, or parallel records.

Customer portal overview: orders, statuses, and quick summary.

Registration and personal account

Customers create an account, enter company or personal details, and confirm registration by email. They can log in anytime, update data, and place new orders. Forgotten passwords reset without calling you every time.

You can help customers from the shop side too: if someone struggles with the online UI, send a login link so they reach their orders quickly.

Online order form that feels like their own site

Customers use the same order form you do: pick material from the catalog, enter dimensions, mark edge banding, submit. Save a draft if they cannot finish in one sitting. On submit they can get confirmation so they know the order arrived.

Embed the order form on your website so customers may not even notice a separate system—it feels like ordering directly from you. Works well on phone and tablet; material picker stays usable on smaller screens.

What does the customer see after login?

On their account they view past orders, start new ones, and check company or shipping details. Reopen drafts, complete them, and finalize—without re-entering the same information every time.

The portal focuses on ordering and transparency—it does not replace personal contact, but it cuts repetitive admin. Automatic confirmation on submit removes doubt about whether the request arrived.

Tipp

If you have many repeat customers, show them online ordering. A short guide or embedded form on your website saves phone and email back-and-forth over time.

Summary

The customer portal and embeddable order form look professional and simplify daily collaboration. Customers order conveniently; you receive clean, structured data—with no manual retyping.
